Site work for a civil project in Walkertown, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
***The Value and Start Dates are estimates that have been provided by AWCK*** Sullivantown Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements. The proposed work consists of installation of approximately 214 LF of 8" VCP Sanitary Sewer main, two pre-cast concrete manholes, pavement removal and replacement and erosion control measures. MBE/WBE Business Participation provisions are included in the Bid Documents. Copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Engineer at the address indicated herein, or a digital set can be downloaded electronically. Bidders must be duly licensed contractors in the State of North Carolina for the appropriate work which is being Bid. Each Bid shall be accompanied with a deposit of cash, CERTIFIED CHECK or Bid Bond on bank or trust company in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Amount for each Bid submitted. Each Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bids and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
