Renovation of a library in Walkertown, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,700-square-foot library.
Provide sealed plans & specification for bidding of a 11,700 SF roof replacement. RCI registered roof consultant required. The roof consists of 4 sections, 2 standing seam roof sections and 2 ballasted EPDM sections original to the 1992 construction. Questions are to be directed to James Anderson at andersja@forsyth.cc by the question period deadline of 12:00 pm, April 24, 2023. This RFQ will in no manner be construed as a commitment on the part of the County to award a contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all applications; to waive minor irregularities in the RFQ process or in the applications; to re-advertise this RFQ; to postpone or cancel this process; select and procure parts of services; and to change or modify the RFQ schedule at any time
