Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material and services necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared and on file in the office of: FOURSQUARE SOLUTIONS, INC and H2 Design, LLC Bids shall be received from a single prime contractor. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the submission of proposals at the Administration Building, North Montgomery Community School Corporation located at 480 W 580 N, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933. Bids received after that time or in another location shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond executed by a surety company which is authorized to do business in the State of Indiana, made payable to North Montgomery Community School Corporation and in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. In the event a bidder withdraws its bid or fails to execute a satisfactory contract within ten (10) days after the contract is awarded to such bidder by North Montgomery Community School Corporation, the school corporation may declare the certified check, cashier's check or bid bond forfeited to North Montgomery Community School Corporation as liquidated damages. A bid may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled by the bidder for sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for the receipt of bids without the consent of North Mongomery Community School Corporation.
