Renovation of a municipal facility in Lindsay, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,610-square-foot municipal facility.

The City of Lindsay is requesting quotes to re-roof rolled torch down (commercial grade) buildings & asphalt shingles located at the Public Safety Department, 185 N Gale Hill (Building A, B, & C see below aerial view), Both buildings have a flat roof and contractor is responsible to inspect the existing conditions of the roofs before submitting the bid. Contractor shall submit a bid as a lump sum unit price to include all material, labor, equipment, tools, material disposal, city permits, submittals & necessary reports as required for the installation of the new roof. There are known damages around the drain lines which Contractor will be responsible to fix under this contract and price shall be included in the bid. Roof material shall have a minimum of 30-year warranty. City will waive the building permit fees but Contractor is responsible to apply and go through the permitting & inspection process. Contractor must have a City of Lindsay business license. Any contract entered pursuant to this notice will incorporate the provisions of the State Labor Code. Compliance with the apprenticeship employment standards established by the State Director of Industrial Relations (DIR) will be required. Contractor must be registered with the DIR and be in full compliance with the Prevailing Wage requirements set for in Tulare County.
