Awardee: Skypine Roofing - $68,408.55 Panola County does not have a purchasing agent; therefore, contact the County Judge at (903) 693-0391. Bids are to be on the lump sum price basis and workers compensation and liability coverage is required. A contract will be awarded to the successful bidder in accordance with the above mentioned item and upon approval of bills or invoices by the Commissioners Court. The Court reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. Job Description: Replace 28 Skylight Panels with Metal RoofPanels; Clean and Prep Rooffor Restoration; Seal Metal Screws and Horizontal Seams; Install Base Coast ofFluid Applied Restoration; Install Top Coat ofFluid Applied Restoration; Apply a Rustco Primer; Have the necessary Commercial Roofing General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance; Clean up and dispose ofconstruction related equipment and debris on a daily basis; and Repair any damage done to grounds. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
