RFQ - Storm Drainage Survey. The City of Conway is seeking qualified survey professionals to survey inventory of all City owned and maintained storm drainage systems with horizontal and vertical coordinates tied to the City's coordinate system. Inventory shall include size and material information for all storm sewer inlets, junction boxes, conduits, and end treatments. Deliverable format shall be in AutoCAD DWG format in the correct coordinate system. The City of Conway supports equal opportunity, therefore minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to participate. Only those firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed proposal packages which best meet the needs of the City of Conway will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the City of Conway. The City of Conway is not responsible for lost or misguided solicitations. The City of Conway has the right to reject any or all bids. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
