Proposals shall not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered proposals, on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service. With regard to the specifications and any clarifications about the proposal documents. This proposal shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTY: RIGGING, HOUSE MOVING, WRECKING AND DISMANTLING, or equivalent. Burden of equivalency shall be on the License holder. The Terre Bonne Parish Communications District (TPCD) reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Completion Date: 45 Working Day
