OGS is seeking a qualified Contractor to enter into a multi-year contract to provide testing, maintenance, and repairs to electrical distribution equipment services at the W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus High Voltage Switchyard. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and all other ancillary costs necessary to provide appraisal/testing, maintenance, repairs, replacement, and emergency services for all equipment included in this scope of work. Contractor shall be responsible for updating the "Electrical Distribution Maintenance Schedule Calculations" document. The "Electrical Distribution Maintenance Schedule Calculations" is a complete inventory of all equipment/services associated with systems covered under this solicitation and shall document required appraisal/ testing, maintenance and/or repairs and frequencies thereof, when service was performed, and what type of service was performed on each piece of equipment/system. This reporting document shall be a continuous "fluid" document and shall be updated each time work is performed on the equipment/systems. The State has identified the major units of electrical distribution equipment which require engineering appraisal/testing, maintenance and/or repairs/replacements. The equipment is located at the Campus High Yard. Contractor's work shall be performed in accordance with equipment manufacturer recommendations, applicable codes, rules, and regulations, the latest edition of NETA MTS, the latest edition of the Maintenance Engineering Handbook, historical data, and/or as deemed necessary by OGS.
