Renovation of a water / sewer project in Eureka, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Eureka Department of Public Works is requesting proposals for consulting services from experienced engineering and planning consultant teams for improvements to the Elk River Waste Water Treatment Plant. The selected consultant will perform a series of tasks including preliminary design, final engineered designs, cost estimates, fee analysis, permitting and bidding support as well as engineering construction services and construction management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. CONTRACT AWARD SCHEDULE The following are scheduling goals for this process: Publish/Release RFP Sunday, October 23st, 2022 Non-Mandatory Informational Meeting Thursday, Nov 3rd, 2022 at 10:30am Deadline for Questions Wednesday, Nov 23th, 2022 by 5:00 pm Final Addenda Issued Thursday, Dec 1st, 2022 by 5:00 pm Proposal Submission Deadline Thursday, Dec 8th, 2022 by 2:00 pm Interviews with Finalists (tentative) December 19th – Dec 23nd, 2022 Contract Award (tentative) Tuesday, January 3st, 2023
