The City of Eureka Department of Public Works is requesting proposals for consulting services from experienced engineering and planning consultant teams for improvements to the Elk River Waste Water Treatment Plant. The selected consultant will perform a series of tasks including preliminary design, final engineered designs, cost estimates, fee analysis, permitting and bidding support as well as engineering construction services and construction management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
