CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 11/15/2022 12:00 PM Upper Milford Township will receive bids for the Quarry Drive Bridge Rehabilitation Project. . There will be no pre-bid conference for the project. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project is subject to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified as specified in Section 102.01 and Section 102.06(c) of Publication 408 for Work Class Code S2. The successful Bidder shall substantially complete the project by April 28, 2023. Upper Milford Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
