Site work for a water / sewer project in Freeport, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 5, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for constuction has not been confirmed. Work of the Project includes construction of the Clendening Marina Wastewater System Improvements Final Completion May 15, 2024 Any questions shall be directed to Todd Kramer, CTI Engineers, Inc., no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday November 29, 2022, in writing by email at tkramer@ ctiengr.com. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders.Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/ or to award at any time during the period. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Harrison County will be applicable to this project. The MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/ or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The MWCD also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
