A. Work of the Project includes site improvements at the Clendening Marina Cabins Area including but not limited to 1. New Laundry/Water Plant Building, complete, including: a. Building including foundation, building structure and finishes. b. Building electrical, and plumbing & HVAC c. Building site work including grading, underground water (raw & finished), sanitary and electric utilities/connections, aggregate drive, and seeding of the site. d. Two (2) commercial laundry washers, two (2) stacked gas dryers with LP conversion kits, lint traps, piping, etc. e. Packaged water treatment plant process equipment, above-ground tanks, piping/valves and PLC. Provide all necessary power & control conduits/signal cables to convey process status I/O to the new PLC f. Finished water underground storage tank, well casing and pumps, piping/valves g. Raw water from the Marina Well will be used for startup/operational demonstration of the Water Plant & filling of the storage tank with treated water. h. A new stationary emergency generator mounted on reinforced concrete slab foundation, with automatic transfer switches and critical load breaker panel to support the water plant operations. i. Provide a new SCADA RTU, and all necessary power & control conduits/signal cables to convey water plant PLC and generator status I/O to existing new SCADA RTU Clendening Lake Marina Cabin Area Improvements. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/ or to award at any time during the period. The MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/ or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The MWCD also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
