This is a re-tender with updated specifications that supersedes the original tender. This tender consists of an estimated quantity contract for the supply and delivery of reflective sheeting, non-reflective vinyl sheeting, and transparent film, including screen processing ink and gloss overlaminate UV film, on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, as listed in Items 1 through 6 inclusive of this document. Quantities stated are estimates, made in good faith, and may vary. The Department reserves the right to purchase greater or lesser quantities depending upon operational requirements. The term for this contract is two years, from the date of contract award until December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods upon written agreement from both parties. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA The vendor submitting the lowest "total including all charges" bid (including shipping and delivery) for reflective sheeting items 1 through 6 which meets all specifications outlined in the specification attached to this invitation to tender will be awarded an estimated quantity contract. Potential suppliers may be asked to provide samples as part of the evaluation process, and the department may also conduct reference checks. Vendor should be able to deliver on an as/when required basis to the shipping address as noted on the Tender, 122 Currie Avenue, Fredericton, NB E3A 9H9 - DTI, MAINTENANCE & TRAFFIC(SIGN SHOP) within (15) calendar days of each order. Shipping charges must be included with the bid price. All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response.
