12,707 Sf Re-roof of Existing Education Building Consisting of Removal and Replacement of the Roof, Fascia, & Gutter. Construction Consists of a Standing-seam Metal Roof and a Pre-finished Metal Fascia and Gutter. A. ADD ALTERNATE BID NO. 1 - Remove existing attic insulation in its entirety, air seal at existing ceiling from above, and provide new blown-in insulation as specified. B. ADD ALTERNATE BID NO. 2 - Provide gutter and downspout heat tape system including all materials, wiring, controls for a complete system Location- 6102 Abrahamson RD, Saginaw, MN 55779 Building 21 Completion- April 30, 2023.
