12,707 Sf Re-roof of Existing Education Building Consisting of Removal and Replacement of the Roof, Fascia, & Gutter. Construction Consists of a Standing-seam Metal Roof and a Pre-finished Metal Fascia and Gutter. A. ADD ALTERNATE BID NO. 1 - Remove existing attic insulation in its entirety, air seal at existing ceiling from above, and provide new blown-in insulation as specified. B.
