Site work, new construction and remodeling of a municipal facility in Milaca, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 16,800-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for the construction of a municipal facility.
The project is a ground up wash bay and salt storage and remodel of existing office space and cold storage located in Milaca city limits. The building construction will consist of a pre-engineered metal building wash bay with in-floor heat, concrete floor, fabric structure salt storage building, remodel of existing office / facility complex and vehicle storage building along with remodel of existing cold storage building. Other work includes site earthwork, utilities, asphalt and concrete paving, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metals, rough and finish carpentry, millwork and casework, metal siding, metal roofing, door and hardware, aluminum storefronts and curtain walls, drywall assemblies, acoustical treatments, resilient flooring, painting, miscellaneous specialties, plumbing, hvac, electrical, security systems, and communications. PLEASE NOTE: - This project is tax exempt. - Provide a cost breakout between labor and materials using the bid forms provided. - Mille Lacs County wage rates apply.
