Reference number : 1655382 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope NOTICE is hereby given that the Municipality of Saint-Epiphane is requesting tenders to retain the services of a company to supply and install water games on lot number 5 670 132 located in the green space adjacent to the Center community Innergex-Viger-Denonville and at the Maison des jeunes de Saint-Epiphane in the Municipality of the same name. The scope of the project is one hundred and sixty thousand dollars ($160,000.00), including applicable taxes, supply and installation of the water feature included. It may well be that the project is an evolutionary one. This decision will be taken, if necessary, immediately after the conclusion of the contract. This project excludes excavation, backfilling, supply of backfilling materials down to below the level of the concrete slab, installation and supply of a drain on the periphery of the facilities as well as the restoration of the sites (grading, topsoil and sodding), this work will be carried out internally or with other suppliers. In a non-limiting way, the tasks consist in carrying out the: Design of the development of water games under the AGRICULTURAL theme (fauna and flora); Construction and layout of the playground, including the supply and installation of the bases of the water play structures; Construction of a complete water recirculation system of play accessories including mechanics, plumbing, electrical services and the water filtration and disinfection system; Construction of a concrete slab and its infrastructure according to the form and specifications described in these tender documents; Connection to the aqueduct connection located in the service building; Connection to the electrical panel located in the mechanical room of the service building; Installation of game modules and components; Commissioning, programming and staff training; Technical support during the first closing of the games for the winter season. Any preparation or related activity necessary to obtain the results mentioned or intended must be considered as an integral part of the contract. The items requested are part of phase I of a project called " Destination to our dream park ". All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check or in the form of a bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender, made out to the order of the Municipality of Saint-Epiphane and valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the date of opening of tenders. Presentation and submission of tenders Tenders must be submitted on the forms and be accompanied by the required documents. The bid must be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope. By submitting its bid, the bidder accepts the terms, conditions and specifications of the tender documents. Eligibility to bid Only companies with an establishment in Quebec, New Brunswick or Ontario (ACCQO and AQNB) are eligible to bid. The establishment is the place where the business carries out activities on a permanent basis; it is accessible to the public during normal business hours and brings together a large part of the permanent resources, materials and equipment necessary to carry out the mandate for which the Municipality intends to award a contract.
