Renovation of a medical facility in McBride, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Renovations to the existing Nurses stations. The work to be undertaken generally includes the following: 1. Relocate existing nurse station functions temporarily to an adjacent space including furniture, fixtures, and equipment with the assistance of NH Facilities Management and NH IMIT. See Cash Allowance #3 and specification section 01 11 00 item 1.4. 2. Install hoarding 3. Remove existing finishes in the renovation area 4. Remove existing millwork 5. Reconfigure mechanical and electrical systems 6. Install new partition framing, plumbing fixture, lighting, and receptacles 7. Install new doors, frames, and hardware 8. Install new finishes 9. Phase 1 will include the nurse station and printer room 10. Phase 1 will need to be complete and operational to relocate the med room prior to phase 2 11. Phase 2 will include the existing med room / new remote registration room 12.
