This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for the Solicitation 75H701-25-R-00064 Duplex Construction at Pine Ridge, Kyle, and Wanblee a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). SCOPE OF WORK: This procurement involves constructing pre-designed duplexes at several locations, specifically in Pine Ridge, Kyle, and Wanblee. The Indian Health Service has leased the land required to build housing to accommodate the hospital and health centers' staffing needs. A comprehensive design has been completed for all locations, covering civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and fire protection aspects. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f).
