These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. This project is advertised as full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236116- New Multifamily Housing Construction (except For-Sale Builders). The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to provide construction services to construct eight (8) duplex units. One (1) unit will be at Pine Ridge Hospital, four (4) will be at Kyle Health Center, and three (3) will be at Wanblee Health Center. The duplexes constructed will provide quarters that support staffing needs of the hospital and health centers.
