Description

Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Memphis, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The successful firm will work with the COM to help ensure reasonable and practical design, and quality construction management to include pre-construction cost estimating services, trade contractor bidding and negotiation, and management of construction. Total Estimated cost for this project is $16,046,034. The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals submitted. The City shall reject the proposal of any Proposer that is determined to be non-responsive. Shortlist Confirmed.
