The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proponents to submit a proposal including a design and quote for build/installation of an inclusive and completely accessible playground for KidsAbility - Centre for Child Development (KidsAbility) at their Waterloo site on 500 Hallmark Drive in Waterloo. Our initial budget estimate for the complete playground project is approximately $450,000 inclusive.
