The Department do not have a copy of the plan holders list of available contractors, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. The Department will allow the use of text with font size smaller than 12-point for only charts, tables, exhibits, and other illustrative and graphical information. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2022 US dollars) is $132,000,000 for construction capital and $562,500 for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation). The Project is to construct portions of the middle-mile broadband network within the State Right of Way.
