Midland County Hospital District is accepting bids for the project entitled: Midland Memorial Hospital West Campus Suite 102, 4214 Andrews Hwy. Midland, Texas, 79793. A Bid Bond in an amount of not less than zero percent (0%) will be required for all bids. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a general contract with the Midland County Hospital District. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of zero percent (0%) of the contract price will be required by Owner upon contract execution. All bids must be sealed and labeled BID# 1380-102422 Enclosed. Faxed bids from bidders will not be accepted. All bids must be price protected until 2-1-23. All bids will remain confidential until after an award has been made. Vendors will then be allowed to review the bids in the purchasing office according to the policy and procedure of Midland Memorial Hospital.
