Site work for a water / sewer project in Pontiac, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes construction of approximately 6,040 feet of 54-inch diameter sanitary sewer force main by open cut, and 2 air relief valve manholes in 8 Mile Road. Work includes reconstruction of two lanes of pavement in 8 Mile Road. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Question Acceptance Deadline 11/08/2022 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Two (2) new dry pit submersible wastewater pumps, each with a capacity of 6.4 CFS @ 14.4' TDH operating with a 15 HP motor, new control valves and piping, new duplex sump pump system, flushing system improvements, concrete rehabilitation of storage tank walls, miscellaneous improvements to existing heating, insulation, ancillary building components, and demolition and disposal required to perform the work as shown on the Drawings.
