Mulching, weeding, and trimming as necessary; edging planting beds, pruning trees and shrubs as needed. Heavy emphasis on weeding all areas, so they are free of weeds and debris. Application of herbicides/pesticides downtown along Arnold and Bay Avenues. Services to be on a weekly schedule from April 15th to October 15th. LANDSCAPE DESIGN: The successful bidder will work with the Borough Administrator on a planting design for Borough Hall, the Skateboard Park and Gazebo on Arnold Avenue, and any other Borough property identified in need of landscape enhancement or beautification. This fee will be an hourly fee, plus labor, materials and disposal costs. MAP OF SCHEDULE A: 1. Rectangular parcel west of the Fire Station on Arnold Avenue, next to the Post Office. 2. Skateboard Park on Arnold Avenue, west of the Post Office 3. Gazebo on Arnold Avenue, west of the Post Office 4. Triangular parcel at the end of Beacon Avenue and Route 35 5. Borough Hall at 416 New Jersey Avenue 6. Pleasure Park on Forman Avenue 7. Downtown trees & mulching along Arnold, Richmond & Bay Avenues, Christmas Tree Care 8. Inlet Comfort Station, Inlet recreation area.
