Question Submission Deadline:October 26, 2022, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:October 28, 2022, 5:00pm This scope of work is being offered as part of the Emergency Home Repairs and Disabilities Modification Program, which assists homeowners in Sierra Vista to perform emergency repairs on substandard housing conditions. Substandard conditions include those posing a serious threat to the health, safety or welfare of the household or affecting the immediate livability of the home by the program applicants. The project must commence within 14 days of Notice To Proceed and the project must be completed within 30 days after project start. \ DESCRIPTION OF GOODS and/or SERVICES: Emergency Home Repair - Roofing, HVAC and Electrical Services (CDBG Funded). Complete the following scope of work on a residential home under the Emergency Home Repair grant that has been awarded to the City of Sierra Vista: 1. Replace the entire roof. 2. Repair or replace swamp cooler. 3. Replace range.
