The Société is a financially independent non-profit paramunicipal organization, mandatary of the City of Montreal. The Company is requesting tenders which must be received by the date and time indicated below, at the office of the Company located at 800, boulevard De Maisonneuve Est, suite 2200, Montreal (Quebec) H2L 4L8. CATEGORY: SERVICE CONTRACT - ELEVATOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE DESCRIPTION: The mandate concerns the selection of a supplier for inspection and maintenance services (preventive and corrective) of the elevators in the building at 303, rue Notre-Dame Est, in Montreal (Complexe Chaussegros-de-Léry ). The contract includes, among other things, periodic inspections, service calls and repairs, on request. DOCUMENTS: The documents relating to this call for tenders will be available on the electronic call for tenders site www.seao.ca or by contacting SEAO customer service at 514 856-6600 (toll-free at 1 866 669-7326) from October 25, 2022. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The bid must at least be accompanied by one (1) bid guarantee in the amount of $5,000, valid for 90 days. A performance bond in the amount of $5,000, valid for the duration of the contract, will be required when the contract is awarded, as well as general liability insurance in the minimum amount of $5,000,000. SITE VISIT: In accordance with the Company's Contract Management Policy, no guided site visit with all the combined bidders is planned. To visit the buildings individually, you must make an appointment by contacting, by e-mail, the address achat@shdm.org . INFORMATION: at the e-mail address achat@shdm.org . To be validly received, the tender documents must be placed in a clearly identified envelope bearing the description of the project as well as the tender number, which must be sealed. Tenders received will be publicly opened, at the office of the Company, immediately after the expiry of the time limit set for their receipt. The tender documents will be available in French only. Tenderers must have, at the time of submission of the tender, a business establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to this call for tenders and hold the appropriate licenses issued by the Régie du Québec building and a certificate issued by Revenu Québec. The Company does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
