Renovation of a library in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,400-square-foot library.
Work includes the interior demolition of an existing 16,400 SF space. Cutting and patching of concrete floors for new structural steel and masonry walls for new openings. Remove and replace existing roof. Build out to include, but not limited to: new aluminum store fronts, sliding doors, operable partitions, and hollow metal frames with doors and hardware. Gypsum wall board partitions, acoustic ceilings and clouds, acoustic wall panels, flooring, painting, and vinyl wall coverings. Specialties will include, bathroom accessories and partitions, corner guards, window treatments, and shades. Fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and Electrical will include trade demolitions and new systems. Site work consist of earthwork, storm utilities, concrete curb and gutter, concrete and asphalt paving, landscaping, and site specialties. It is recommended to call in or log into meeting at least 5 minutes prior to start. Bid prices will be read aloud twice for each vendor submitting a bid. Reminder: All bids must either be mailed, or hand delivered and received by 11:00am CST on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Hand delivered or mailed bids are go to the County Clerk, 305 E Walnut Street, Room 120, Green Bay, WI 54301. Bids received after 11:00am will not be opened
