Site work and paving for a road / highway in Oswego, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
A certified check, cashier's check on a solvent bank, or a bid bond by a satisfactory surety in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid must accompany each proposal. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids, unless a contract is awarded in less than the sixty (60) days.
