Consultant, or Consultants designee, shall be licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, and is responsible for managing and adhering to the project scope, schedule and budget. The Consultant will communicate with the Lane County Surveyor's Office (County) to discuss work progress, schedule and budget. Additional regular communications will be done by phone/virtual meetings and email to coordinate project activities as needed. Consultant will administer Right of Entry notices for all affected properties on which they may need to enter in accordance with ORS 672.047. County has been in communication with area landowners, and will send pre-survey notification letters by U.S. Mail to affected landowners prior to commencement of the survey by Consultant. County Surveyor will provide any support authorized to him under the provisions of ORS Chapter 209. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
