For Asbestos Abatement/Demolition of Vacant Apartment Complex (Five Structures) Texas City Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC) is requesting bids for the Asbestos Abatement/Demolition of the Vacant Apartment Complex (five structures) located at 6909 Park Avenue, 6905 Park Avenue Rear, and 206 North Texas Street in Texas City, Texas 77590. The scope of work will include, but not limited to, the asbestos abatement and demolition of the two story apartment building at 6909 Park Avenue, the one story maintenance building at 6909 Rear Park Avenue and the demolition of the two-two story apartment buildings and one story laundry building at 206 North Texas Street in Texas City, Texas. The properties adjoin each other. The existing one story duplex apartment building at 6905 Park Avenue is excluded from the scope of work. Temporary construction fencing will be required along with hydro-seeding of site.
