Parking Structure Elevators Roller Guide Replacements Washington County Facilities and Parks Services Division is seeking a lump sum bid to replace the roller guides in both parking structure elevators. Elevator 1 is currently out of service, and elevator 2 is starting to show signs of failing. These elevators were originally installed in 1996 and modernized in 2016. The elevators are in a parking garage and have glass hoist ways on the outside of the building. The machine room is remote. The elevators are subject to misuse and exposed to the elements, which can significantly impact the life expectancy of the equipment.
