Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Removal - removal and proper disposal of biosolids from Authoritys wastewater treatment plant facility located at 6 South 4 th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks or cashiers checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 11/18/2022 at 2:00 PM ET
