The City of Burnaby's ("City") is requesting Submissions from qualified and experienced demolition contractors to be registered on its pre-qualified list for demolition services, as further detailed herein.Respondents are cautioned that the timing of their Submission is based on when the Submission is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Submission is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. For the above reasons, it is recommended that sufficient time is given to complete your submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the on-line bidding system's web clock. Respondents should contact support listed below, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the closing time and date, if they encounter any problems. The on-line bidding system will send a confirmation email to the Respondent advising that their Submission was submitted successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact through electronically. Question Deadline: Tue Nov 8, 2022 3:00 PM (PST) The aggregated value of work over the past three (3) years reached close to $1 million. The information is provided for reference only and in no way guarantees any work. Demolition services for the period of January1, 2023 to Decemeber 31, 2025.
