Vannoy Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Western Carolina University and is seeking to pre-qualify Contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, tools & equipment for the Moore Building Renovation located on campus in Cullowhee, NC. Historically underutilized business participation is encouraged to help meet the county's minimum goal of using 10% of underutilized business on this project. The project consists of complete interior demolition/renovation of the Moore Hall Building on campus of WCU. Project also includes complete new reconfiguration and installation of Joyner drive. EARLY BID PACKAGES: BP220 - Site Work (Civil Scope) BP270 - Demolition/Abatement Additional Packages will be added and/or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager.
