Construction of a new building for Jacques-Leber high school. The scope of work includes the construction of a new building housing 36 classrooms, administrative offices, a gymnasium, a library and service rooms, deconstruction of the existing school building, relocalisation of the soccer/football synthetic field and landscaping of the site. This new building will have a capacity of 1,276 students, an addition of 731 student places. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a design/build contract to the consortium Construction Second'Ère s.e.n.c. led by the firm EBC Inc. following the second phase of a two-phase D/B tender 44530552, reference number 1847143.
