Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 Sépaq is asking for bids from contractors interested in carrying out on-call construction work (the Work ) for the Establishment. For information purposes only, the Work requested may include joinery, carpentry, roof and floor covering, tiling, painting and interior and exterior finishing. Sépaq wishes to compile a non-exhaustive list of contractors (hereinafter the List ) in order to meet its sporadic and unforeseen construction and maintenance needs for the Establishment. The List is constituted for a period of one (1) year, starting on November 11, 2022 and ending no later than November 10, 2023. The contract will be automatically renewed for a period of one (1) year, beginning on November 11, 2023 and ending no later than November 10, 2024 unless either party notifies the other in writing party's refusal to extend this contract within the ninety (90) days preceding the end date of the contract. The work will be carried out at the Establishment located at 2020, chemin d'Oka, Oka (Quebec) J0N 1E0.
