The tender documents will be available as of February 11, 2022, through the electronic tendering service , for registered companies to this service. The documents are obtained at the cost established by the electronic tendering service. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by resolution upon decision of the Council of the Municipality and cannot be bound in any other way. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
