Renovation of an educational facility in Mechanicsville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of St. Marys County on behalf of St. Marys County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to replace the current (6) Six John Wood Model JOPR-222-20 bladder tanks in the lower level of Margaret Brent Middle Schools utility room (29675 Point Lookout Road, Helen MD 20659). These tanks are approximately twenty years of age and some of the tanks are no longer functioning. As the six (6) bladder tanks are the same age, we predict the remainder of the tanks are at or near the end of their life expectancy.
