A brief description of the scope of work is provided below: Installation of additional decorative lights on Main Street, Loto Street, Buchanan Avenue, Nova Avenue, Platt Avenue, and Royal Avenue. Installation of lights, light pole foundations, conduits, electrical wiring, GFCI electrical outlets, and associated appurtenances. Removal and replacement of sidewalks, street asphalt for trenching and pole base installation as needed. Decorative lights will be provided by the City of Eagle Point The City of Eagle Point is requesting bids for City of Eagle Point - Downtown Lighting Infill Project. The project consists of: o Connection and verification of existing power and capacity. o Installation of conduit, electrical wiring, pull boxes and service connection for lighting and electrical. o Installation of light foundations and installation of Street lights (lights to be supplied by City). o Installation of electronic eye. o Trenching, removal and replacement of concrete (sidewalks) for the conduit and street light foundations. o Trenching, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete (streets) for conduit installation. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instruction to Bidders for the project, and bidders must prequalify with the City of Eagle Point at least 5 (five) days prior to bid opening. This contract is for public work and is subject to provisions of ORS. 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Licensing under ORS 468A.720 is not required.
