Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Stanton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Project consists of the construction of a new facility that incorporates educational spaces, an auditorium, an automotive lab, industrial spaces, a cafe, offices, and other support training spaces. SCOPE of WORK: Civil, grading, storm drainage, erosion control. 1. Subcontractors shall incorporate the following items into their bid: a. Include all layout required for the scope of work you are bidding b. Include all hoisting, scaffolding, etc. required for the scope of work c. Include all mobilizations required for the scope of work d. Include all permits required to perform the work e. Include all sales tax (TN State tax is 7%; Fayette County tax is 2.25%, some cities and local governments in Fayette County collect additional local sales taxes, which can be as high as 0.5%) f. Include daily cleanup and trash removal for your work g. All subcontractors and vendors are required to use Procore Construction Management Software 2. This project does not have a prevailing wage scale. As of November 2, 2023, the overal project began construction December 2022 with completion approximately April 2024. The estimated value on this project reflects the full construction of this project.
