PEC Project No. 11581.05 To furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the miscellaneous repairs and repainting of the existing elevated water storage tank, including: Drain, Perform Surface Preparation and Install Polyurethane Flexible Liner to Interior Surfaces of Concrete Water Storage Tank - Complete and In-Place Perform Surface Preparation and Install Epoxy Coating on Interior (ceiling only) and Exterior Above Ground Surfaces of Concrete Water Storage Tank (Including Roof) - Complete and In-Place Remove and Replace All Piping Inside Storage Tank to 2-feet Outside the Tank Including Sealing all Wall Penetrations Install Tank Bypass Piping and Valves (Including all tie-ins and pipe coating) Miscellaneous Repairs (Including Access Manhole & Overflow Pipe) Install Master Meter at High Service Pumps Discharge Disinfection and Putting Tank Back into Service Mobilization No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U. S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes
