Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, comply with the Missouri Department of Labour Standards Prevailing Wage Rates, and be enrolled in the E-Verify Federal Work Authorization Program. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The scope of the project is to furnish, install, commission and place into operation an H.V.A.C. system that meets the intent of the design and the goals of the owner and users as outlined in the bid documents. Additionally, existing HVAC systems shall be modified as detailed on the bid documents. *As of November 23, 2022, addendum 2 has been issued.
