OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Taconic DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Lawn Care and Maintenance at multiple sites in in Columbia and Ulster Counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, mowing, grass and debris removal, raking, hedge/bush trimming, and weeding. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 2 years of relevant experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Community Lawn Care and Maintenance services. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provide the lowest total combined cost per season for each cluster. Prevailing wage will apply.
