Renovation of a data center facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.

The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified Design-Build teams for full services and work related to the design and construction of the Research Data Centre A (DCA) in the McLennan Physics building located at 60 St. George Street at the University of Toronto St. George campus. The successful proponent must have specific expertise in data centre design and construction using highly coordinated and integrated construction and procurement methods with experience acting simultaneously as the consulting engineer and the general contractor. The University may shortlist up to 3 of the highest scoring bidders with technically compliant proposals/bids for an interview. Proposal and interview scoring is based on evaluation criteria defined in the RFP. If the project is awarded, they award will be made to the highest scoring compliant proposal/bid submission. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2022/11/17 11:59:00 PM EST question deadline extended from 11/17/2022 to 11/21/2022. Bid value not released for publication.
