Site work for a water / sewer project in Bedford Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the title of the project. Those desiring to bid may obtain copies of the project scope by emailing Chris Lesniak at chris@villageofbedfordpark.com. Bidders will be required to comply with all laws including those related to employment of labor and the payment of local prevailing wage rates. Each bidder shall satisfy the Village as to his ability, financial and otherwise, to perform the work specified. All proposals must be accompanied by a banks cashiers check or bank draft, certified check or bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount of the bid. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any and all applicable bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to make award on that bid. which in its opinioa is considered to be in the best interest of Bedford Park.
