Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,726-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a 128,428-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

A. The General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Division 1 are hereby made a part of each of the technical sections that follow and shall be understood to apply and shall apply in full to all individuals or corporations who contract or subcontract to perform any part or all the project work. B. Indications on the Drawings or in any section of the Specifications of an article or material, operation, or method, requires that the Contractor shall provide each item or service, or quality, or is subject to qualifications noted and the Contractor shall perform each operation prescribed according to the conditions stated providing, therefore, all necessary labor, equipment, and incidentals to complete the project work. C. The following is the SCOPE OF WORK to be performed by each Contractor for each Bid Package. All Contractors shall coordinate with each trade the exact location of existing equipment, piping, etc., before any work begins. This summary of work in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility to provide fully operational facilities as shown in the Drawings and specified herein. The intent of the following BID PACKAGE SUMMARIES is to describe the SCOPE OF WORK to be included in the Bid for each bid package item. Bids shall include the BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND DIVISION 1 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. Bids shall include all the requirements of the specification section listed unless specifically excluded below. Additionally, Bidders shall include in their pricing applicable portions of related specification sections normally associated with the work to be done whether specifically indicated by the BID PACKAGE SUMMARY or not. If any Bidder is unclear as to the SCOPE OF WORK required, he/she should contact the Construction Manager prior to Bidding. The term "Provide" shall include all labor, material and equipment complete. Site Locations: Deer Creek Elementary School, 4704 NW 164th Street, Edmond, OK Prairie Vale Elementary School, 22522 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Edmond, OK Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The substantial completion dates for these projects are as follows: Deer Creek Elementary (DCES): May 1, 2025 Prairie Vale Elementary (PVES): March 1, 2025 All punch lists must be completed by these dates.
