St. Joseph's Health System ("SJHS") is seeking a qualified firm to assist and develop a renewal of its strategic plan. Work includes assessing, planning, and developing renewed strategic directions and drafting the strategic plan. Furthermore, the Successful Proponent will be asked to focus on implementation planning and strategies including developing a road map for success. Subject to St. Joseph's Health System's reserved rights and privileges set out in this RFP, the Contract shall be awarded to up to four Proponents that submitted compliant Proposals and achieved the highest Total Evaluation Scores, in accordance with the methodology specified in this Request for Proposal. Proponents are advised that other healthcare organizations within the former LHIN 3, LHIN 4, and the St. Joseph's Health System may participate in the resulting Contract under the same terms and conditions. As a result, Proponents should consider while preparing its Proposals that volume quantities may be significantly higher than the estimated quantities provided in this Request for Proposal. In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), St. Joseph's Health System will accommodate for a disability, ensuring full and equitable participation throughout the Proposal process. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
