This RFP is issued to obtain proposals from qualified proponents that provide professional grounds maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other winter maintenance services in a manner that is consistent with HHSC's vision of providing a high standard of clean, safe, and well-groomed properties for patients, visitors, and staff members. Our focus will be to utilize services from proponents who can demonstrate the best-value and best-in-class service by meeting the following minimal requirements: Maintaining hospital site cleanliness in keeping within the healthcare industry; Able to monitor changing weather environments and responding to the needs in order to maintain the safety conditions around the hospital premises and parking lots; Able to meet the demands of changing expectations without disruption of services; and Provide a proactive approach in accomplishing day-to-day activities with minimal supervision by HHSC site management team. There will be no concession to sever the services between grounds maintenance/landscaping and winter maintenance.
