Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Hamilton requires an energy efficient upgrade to the Wentworth Street Operations Center located at 330 Wentworth Street North, Hamilton Ontario. The retrofit plan involves the following: - The retrofit of existing fluorescent fixtures with new T8-LED Lamps and compatible ballasts; - The replacement of metal-halide and compact fluorescent fixtures with new LED Luminaires; - The installation of new LED fixtures; - The replacement of exterior lights to LEDs Work includes interior and select exterior lighting replacement to LEDs. For full scope of Work please refer to the Project Specifications and Drawings package (Exhibit 1) and the unit prices table in the Schedule of Prices. The estimated start date will be January 2023, with substantial performance achieved by Monday May 1, 2023.
